This wig is nothing like the picture. It looks like 2 blended textures of hair. This is my first time buying from this vendor and I will not be buying again. I can't even tell what style it is supposed to be. Extremely poor quality. I will be returning .

If I can give y'all give this company no stars I would have gave them no stars this is my third time order from this company spend good money I bought three ways from these people all the hair is bad you can't even brush the hair without the hair falling out I just washed one of the wigs and all the hair is falling out it's all tangled up y'all please watch out with y'all order from these people and I called this company all they can offer me is 30% off after I just spun almost $600 with these people y'all please be careful the hair salon I go to even said this is bad hair and told me please stop buying hair from them 😡😡😡😡

Excellent company five stars across the board will definitely purchase again. I wanna start by saying that I reached out to customer service to try to get assistance with my wig. They were very accommodating and went ahead and assisted me with my request with no extra cost. they provided the fastest shipping I’ve ever experienced. I ordered my hair on Saturday night and got it by the following Sunday so less than a week and the hair was as described 300% density is what I got. I’m all about big hair so this is the first company to actually come through on Big hair I definitely will purchase from them again in the future very satisfied customer. The hair was an awesome curl pattern unlike any I’ve had Before.

The wig that I received seemed used but the customer service team has been very responsive. Willing to listen to issue and make provisions towards correction.

I ordered a 26in yaki straight wig and they promptly reached out to me notifying me the had only 24 in left which was fine but they offered to refund me the $40 difference upon arrival of the wig and they kept their word, and also stayed in contact with me. Very good hair as well , very soft and the knots were bleached perfectly. I will purchase from them again.
