Absolutely terrible product with even worse customer service. All my images were resized, misaligned and the heads cut off multiple images. Cropped out logos and mis aligned images.
Terrible product!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!

Products are beautiful however, that's not the only thing that counts. Customer service used to be good, however, lately its really really bad, I needed to switch company cause there was almost no communication what so ever. Would love to switch back but, its hard for me to work that way...

There product is better than anything else that is out there.

I've ordered a total of 5 times from Zno. The first book I ordered was good; colors were balanced and printing appeared sharp. The second book was slightly lower quality. I noticed "banding" in some of the photos with skies, equivalent to the look you get when your laser printer is running out of ink. It was only a few photos though, so I thought "oh well" and carried on. Third book a few months later had similar bands, and the colors were off. The photos all seemed to have a greenish hue. Some of the sunset photos had way too much green in them. I contacted the company and showed them the photos, which they agreed were off. They reprinted me a book at no charge. The last book...well, lets just say the quality has declined immensely. Colors are off, and the photos look like they have a greyish haze over them, like they've all been 'washed with dirty water'. I contacted the company, as I had ordered 4 copies of the book in question. They told me it had nothing to do with them, and it was the camera settings that had caused the issue. So I told them a total of 4 different cameras had been used for the photos in the book, including a brand new Leica D-lux7. I printed out the same photos using my at home cheap canon photo printer and a mall photo printing lab. I called up the photos on my D-Lux, placed it next to the same photo in the book, and next to the printed photo from the photolab and my canon printed one for comparison. So much detail was lost due to the "grey haze", and the comparisons made it acutely obvious. Zno's response was that I download a color corrector app, and redo all my photos using the same app they use, and then send it in to be reprinted and they would do it at no charge.They insisted the problem was on my end, not theirs. It took me over a month to put the hundreds of photos into this book. The last thing I wanted was to do this all over again.

The custom service is worst!!! the first time I order my album, the color color I order is grey, they sent me white color, second time they made same mistake again!

This is my second time ordering from Zno. Yes they are amazing quality but I was very disappointed on the size of the parent photobooks (6x6) just wish I was given a size when ordering with my wedding album I would have chosen a bigger size. Really hope they change that and specify what you getting. I am upset that I'm gifting these to my mother and mother-in law they are sooo small. It is too late to try and do anything now.

Purchased expensive photo books about 4 years ago, one of them was damaged so I ordered an exact photo book that was archived with their database, EXACT, it came in cut off on the right side cutting into the text by 1 inch +/-, this is a heirloom photo album to us. I contacted them about the problem and explained to them that it was their fault or their printers fault, they offered me 25% discount to reorder it. As a business that is awful customer service and they didn’t answer after the first reply. They claim that it was the way I uploaded the photos, BUT I just reordered the same exact perfect centered album I received 4 years ago. They have good quality products, but be aware of something goes wrong, don’t expect them to make it right, they don’t even have a review section on their site and their Instagram page comments are disabled, probably because of the same horrible complaints they do nothing about. This is not how you run a business, from this one mistake your losing dozens upon dozens of customers I would refer as I have in the past, some companies are thick headed and don’t know how to do business, pathetic and insulting.

I love their prime posters. They are sturdy and thick, great for making a long-lasting photo wall. Because they are relatively thick, it was pretty easy to tape on and take off when I need to switch out the photos.

I bought a photo book from them as a mother's day present. I was initially kinda worried since their estimated arrival date was one day before mothers day. Fortunately, it arrived on the estimated arrival date and my mom loved it! I have never seen her in such a happy state. Thank you Zno!

I am an art student and I recently used their photography portfolio book. It ticked all the boxes without costing an arm and a leg. Some of my friends really liked the final product and they also bought them as well.

Their little moments calendar is great! I really like the wooden base and how it is reusable once the year is over. For next year, I will make my own calendar prints from Zno to reuse it.

They have the greatest Canvas Prints. Their prints are made with very rich colors, which I like because they look very professional and tends to bring out the life of the photo.

Their matrices are wonderful! They printed my pictures of my daughter with great vibrant colors and the photos were very clean and clear. I have ordered 9 already and I am planning on making more for the rest of the family.

They ice stands are great. I like how crisp and clear the photos are printed, even though there is a fairly thick chunk of 'acrylic' on both sides. It looks a lot better than cheap photo stands that you can buy at the drug store.

Their silk posters are really cool. I like how it is almost like a projector screen, where is formatted like a vertical scroll. The wooden dowels feels very sturdy and the silk posted itself is made of very thick and robust material.

I love their flush mount albums. They look very sleek, regardless of the cover option you choose. I usually go for their genuine grainy leather cover but I have almost gave all of their cover options a try and they all look very high quality. All of my friends that got these at their birthday presents loved it and it is always a better gift than just a gift from the store since it shows the thought you put int.

Quality is superior, shipping is superior, app is superior. I was able to make my photobooks with photos straight from my phone and I mailed them directly to my family in the other states.

I love their matrix sets. The size is not too big and not too small, perfect for blank walls without adding too much of an eye sore in a long period of time.

I would recommend this company to anyone because they honestly have the best quality photo products for the price. The materials they use is very sturdy and they have a wide selection of it-their silk posters and ice stands are quite unique.
