I love how easy they make the process of making a photo book. I can design and upload straight through my phone, which makes it a lot less of a hassle.

Their lay flat flush mount albums have very thick and solid substrates. It feels very good quality. The color is also really vibrant.

They have great sales all the time and I love how they have a "deadline" clearly written because it makes it easy for me to know whether if it will be mailed in time for holidays.

Go to place for any photo products I have made. They provide the most affordable lay flat flush mount books and the quality is truly stunning. I have made several for my kids and my friends and they all love them!

Let me start by saying that if you want a beautiful, sturdy, great quality album with fair price, and great customer service, Zno is the way to go! I had my wedding photo album done with Zno a couple of years ago. I also got a smaller version for my parents. My husband and I chose flush mount, with thick lustrous paper. I choose the format of the pages and for the cover, a genuine leather that we thought would look really nice. When we received the albums, the smaller album was perfect, however, we saw that the larger one had a problem with the front cover. It seemed like it did not glue well and had air filled waves on it. The quality of the book was fantastic otherwise. Really heavy. I felt disappointed with the defect on the cover of the large album, but as I was going out of the country for few months I did not contact them immediately. I came back and time flew by. When I had the chance to contact them over a year had passed! I called first and they said I had to contact by email. I sent an email explaining the problem with some pictures. I got an answer on the same day saying that if there was a problem with the cover they would print and send me another album, but asked me to send the photos in another format as they were not able to open them. I did and got an answer right away saying that they could see the problem and that they would print and send me another album, free of charge. They asked me to choose another leather color as the one I had previously had been discontinued. Within ten days that I had first contacted them I had my new album in my hands! Yes, 10 DAYS! And it looks gorgeous! I’m very pleased with Zno’s product and customer service, and I would highly recommend.

The LBB is great quality. I've ordered a total of 5 books so far. This is my 3rd order and will keep coming back. Tried other apps and I find ZNO the best and the cheapest for its superb picture quality - highly recommend.

I really love their calendars! I have tried all their variations of calendars and they are all equally amazing a. It’s great quality and sleek! The picture books are awesome. The only complaint when I made my two picture books last year it had the volumes weird but I think it’s because the way I uploaded it from Facebook. The quality was always on point! I’m excited to be trying out the phone case on my next order!

I ordered a couple of Press Photo Books for some of my family members that are living in other countries. They were delighted with the gift and many of them asked for the website so that they can make some more with their own pictures. I bought the Press Photo Books on sale for 25% off and since they started at a fairly low price($18), they worked out to be very affordable. It also had 30 pages, which is even better than most press photo books out there since all the other ones I found only had about 20 pages.

They have the cheapest photo prints. Their photo prints starts at a price of $0.16, which is like nothing compared to getting pictures printed at drug stores or photo labs. I always print mine through Zno.

They have a great app. It is very easy to use and they have a lot of premade formats that you can select from. I tried their photo books out when I found their ad on Facebook and I couldn't stop from then. They ship really quickly, have great customer service, and have the best prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their prices are very good for the quality and they always have sales of up to 40% off, which makes it an even better deal. I recommended them to my friends and they all loved Zno's products.

Very fast shipping. I got my order within 7 days during holiday season which is very impressive. The color reproduction is great, it showed up true to the tone as seen from my computer.

I love their silk posters. I found them while scrolling through their website looking for a medium to decorate my son's bedroom. Their silk posters looks awesome. He loves how it's in a scroll form and plays with it all the time. The quality is great considering the fact that he almost treats it as a toy instead of a wall art. I will be buying more.

Their build quality is by far the best out of all photobooks at this price point. The edges are precisely cut, and because the layers of the lustre print is shown, it further shows the great quality. Ive had my little black book for 3 years and it still looks great

Their wall arts are made very well. Shipping was very fast, took about a week I think and the colors are vibrant. They didnt reduce the picture's definitions.

I contacted their customer service via email last week about shipping the two orders I have placed back to back together as one package and they were willing to accomodate for it. It was my fault for checking out seperately but they responded really quickly to my issue.

Easy to use website. Great products. The photobooks I got looks exactly like how I designed it/what I was hoping for.

Terrible customer service. I raised some concerns about but was not acknowledged by the rep(Everlyn). Ticket was set to solved without the issue being handled in a professional way.

We've ordered from them in the past and the products were great. But, we recently placed a rather expensive order that was lost in the mail. We called asking for help as it was a family gift and personal item but the customer support representative "Evelyn" was absolutely horrible.

She repeated the same thing over and over again, argued with me, and offered not even a shred of care that you would expect from a customer service representative.

When asking if I could speak to a manager or representative I was told that they were not in right now and that she does not know their hours nor did she have a way to contact the supervisor or manager directly. She didn’t even offer to have them contact me back when they get in.

Won't be ordering from them again.

I have always had no problems ordering from them. I am not tech savy but I learned to navigate through their website easily Thanks to their popups. Some websites uses too much of these so they can get annoying but theirs was fine.
