I only wish I had read this before I placed an order for 2 chairs on September 4th. I guess my hard earned money isnt the only one they took. I am so frustrated. I will report this to the BBB. I,as well followed link and went to the shop download. Nothing was solved there either. Hope someone sees this before ordering!!!

How sad has our world has become. I, like many's others, have been robbed. Doubt anyone will actually pay for their crime. A costly lesson has been learn. Hope they choke on our money. Won't be fooled again. Think the word Zoiya is translated to fool !

I ordered 2 luxury chairs August 4th, 2020. So far I have written 7 emails inquiring on the status and I have not recieved a response. Fishy that there is no phone number to contact. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.....SCAMMERS

Everybody beware this is a total scam all they want is your money and you will receive nothing they have no phone number to get in touch with this company I'm going to the better business bureau I'm going to turn them in and make sure they get shut down this is absolutely ridiculous how they get away with this s*** period when I get through with them they'll know exactly who I am

I placed my order for 3 Luxury camping chairs on August 13, 2020 & have not received my order. I am so frustrated with this Company. I’ve tried “chatting” SEVERAL TIMES & it says they will email me. Nothing YET! I looked at other reviews & they are saying the same thing! What is going on?

Placed my order August 25th and still no chairs! Have been trying to get ahold of them for either my chairs or a refund and of course no response!! How can this happen? I wouldn’t even give them a single stAr cuz they don’t deserve it

I placed and paid IN FULL for an order of 2 recliner luxury camping chairs on 8/14/2020; I received a Thank you for your purchase on the same day; since then, NOTHING!! I have sent emails requesting status... when I clicked on the link in the email I received from them on 8/14/2020 'View your order', it shows Order is confirmed; then there is another link 'Track order with Shop'; when I clicked on that link I was texted a link where I had to download a Shop app, which I did. When this order was input into Shop, there is NO ORDER UPDATE!!

WHERE IS MY ORDER? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!!

Order 2 chairs on August 12 and money was charged right away on credit card. Since then it has been radio silence and no chairs. I have repeatedly sent emails to them to cancel my order and refund me back. They have never replied back to me. On website it says order NOT FULFILLED....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Almost got fooled by them but thanks to reviews on this site decided to google their images.
They stole the images of the camping chair from REI website if you search for "nemo-stargaze-recliner-luxury-chair" you will find that the price for it is over $200.
Please pay attention to what you order, if it is too good to be true, then it definitely is!!!
It always helps to google images of the product. In most cases of Facebook adds you will find that the real owner of the product is some brand name or an artist and the product is 10 times more expensive than what these scammers are telling you.

I ordered and paid for 2 chairs over a month ago. Have received nothing. Have heard nothing. Have attempted to communicate by email, nothing. Getting concerned!

They arent even a real company they bought the nameI orderedmy chairs back in June and have sent them threatening emails with no response they are a rip off if I had the money I would find these scammers and make sure they get their just reward here on earth before they stand before their maker what they are doing is wrong and they are know it.

I ordered 2 chairs and have not yet received it I have email them and nothing ima have to call my bank so they could refund me back my money and this was Aug 18 and no tracking number was found.

I ordered chairs August 12 and no luck , haven’t received anything now we’re in September and still no luck ..

They are a total scam. I ordered on 8/21 and have heard NOTHING since. I have emailed several times and they have npt been answered A total waste of money I intend to report them to the State Attorney General;s fraud line

They are scam. Web site changed from nemoequipment.shop to zoiya.shop. I saw ad on nbcnews web site. I used Apple Pay. I have not received order. Email on site is bogus. The chat is a fake auto bot. They have fake bbb logo on their site. Beware they have changed web site now to zoeta.store

I ordered from this company July 8th the same day I ordered they took the money I've been trying to get my two chairs I ordered ever since. this company is selling chairs under different names they're just taking people's money and not sending chairs any reviews you see are most likely fake because all the reviews I see are people complaining because they haven't been sent the product or their sending cheap footstools in their place are people being ripped off and needs to be stopped there just ripping people off

I ordered two foldable rocking chairs and haven't received them. I signed up for tracking texts, but can find no tracking info. Afraid I've been scammed. I'll be filing a claim with the BBB.
