I had a vehicle on a rent-to-buy basis. I gave it back because the car had been clamped due to unpaid company debts. The service was very poor. They agreed to give me a refund, but after I handed over the vehicle, they refused to give my money back! Stay away from them; I regret losing a thousand pounds to be with them. Stay away! If you don't want a headache, just stay away!

If I could give half a star I would. Please stay away from this company. If I had read the reviews on here beforehand I wouldn’t have ever taken a car with these people. These people will exploit you. Give you a damage car and then tried to keep my deposit. They’re all liars. Don’t believe Ayesha, Ummer or Omar. The company operates under 3 different names

Iv had dealt with them before the company runs under 3 names an after they persuaded to take a car from them that’s it your own your own they handed me a accidentally damaged for full price an wrong part fitted on the car but I went from really far so thought I’d just get in promise making they send the right parts to my house address but nothing arrived in over 3 months every time I phoned make excuse parts not available an Oder wrong parts an so on so forth.now they don’t even answer the phone calls after revoking my access in middle of motor way.so please please people shop around but do not go there they all so run under another two names faan cars an Astra cars I have contacted the local trading standards they said will investigate iv given them proofs of it so should be easy to get the scumming people

Please avoid the company as they partner with fan cars Ltd.
They don’t answer the call when you want get you deposit back. It’s truly unprofessional manner Business they are dealing.

I never knew before this if I know this before will avoid with them.

If you’re looking for a PCO car for hire then i would avoid this company. They are very unprofessional, keep you waiting and don’t get things done.

As soon as they have your money good luck getting any customer support.

If you want to return your car, you will be lucky to get your deposit back. I only received about a quarter of my deposit.

They will keep ignoring your messages on WhatsApp and blame it on their colleagues, which has happened to me on several occasions.

Out of all the PCO car hires i have used, this is by far the worst one.

Refused to refund my £50 reservation fee despite clear agreement

On 26 July 2025, I visited ZoomPCO Hire to discuss renting a Tesla Model S. I was asked to pay a £50 reservation fee via bank transfer to Astra Cars Ltd (managed by Ayesha Syed).

Before paying, I made it clear that the payment was conditional on securing an acceptable insurance quote. If the quote wasn’t suitable, I would not proceed and the fee would be refunded in full.

When my insurance quote turned out to be too high, I immediately requested a refund on 28 July. I was told the refund would be made within 3 days. As of 12 August 2025, I have still not received it.

I have now issued a Letter Before Action and will proceed with legal action if the refund is not made promptly.
I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to be extremely cautious.
