Total disappointment

Well as the title says, I was deeply disappointed by the manufacturer.
For those who want to learn more, I will describe the story in detail:
First BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710Q monitor purchased on 03/25 on Amazon and arrived defective with a burnt pixel. On the advice of the manufacturer, according to whom I had been very, very unlucky, I returned the monitor to Amazon and following the words said by BenQ according to which buying two monitors both with the same defect would be almost impossible, I purchased another one at a higher price in trust of the manufacturer's words. New amazon order:

Item ordered on 15.04, arrived after a few days... Exactly worse than the first, three burnt pixels. Regretfully, I contact the manufacturer who I quote verbatim "we are very sorry that he has found two monitors with the same defect, a case study that is incredible". However, they weren't sure if they could replace it for me, because three burned pixels are acceptable according to European standards because they are not present in the central quadrant (according to them). However, they underlined that it was "an incredible case study".
I wrote an email to the manufacturer where I expressed all my displeasure and disappointment and where I said that I would also initiate the return of this second defective monitor to Amazon.

After a while the manufacturer contacted me telling me that they had excellent news: that BenQ management had agreed to replace the defective monitor with a new one TESTED in the laboratory (in exchange for the return of the second monitor purchased from Benq) to avoid further inconvenience. Hesitant I accept the proposal, giving the producer another chance. Sure they would have solved the problem. It would have been a monitor tested in a laboratory, so I thought that just as they said "to avoid further inconveniences" it would have been impeccable from this point of view.

The new unit from Holland tested by benQ arrives on 06/05. I didn't want to believe it: the exact same defect! Burnt pixel in the upper right quadrant. Feeling ridiculed, disappointed and regretful about what had happened, I thought that by contacting the manufacturer he would bend over backwards to remedy the event and instead I quote the response: "Officially it is not a model with 0 bright pixel standards. If you want the guarantee of 0 bright pixels, you can consider purchasing a model with the right specifications to meet your needs. It is considered a normal market standard that some pixels on the panels are bright and are considered acceptable [...] to take into consider another model with a higher pixel guarantee, clearly these products have a higher price range." .

Personally I believe that receiving a monitor with the same defect is bordering on ridiculous given that it is a "new and tested unit". I can't believe that the operator missed the bright pixel since I personally immediately noticed it already on the black screen when starting up.
Gentlemen, it's statistics: 3 monitors tested, all three defective, with a 100% probability of incurring the unpleasant defect.
However, I must also point out that they offered me a new replacement but that they did not guarantee the possibility of not running into a faulty monitor again.
Personally I think I wasted time, money and felt cheated by the BenQ company.
If they couldn't guarantee me an efficient monitor they shouldn't have offered me a replacement, but let me return it to Amazon.

I lost more than a month and a half in this matter, I started the return to Amazon and I will have to return the third monitor to BenQ. I think they speak for themselves!!!

Post sales support as it ought to be 10/10

I am English but live in Italy. Had a problem after almost 3 years of use with my W2700 projector after firmware update resulting in, occasionally, the bottom of the screen was cut off. I raised a case with Benq support which was outstanding throughout. It looks, unlike some support sites, that, rather than being passed from one person to another, you communicate with one person , in my case 'Rossella', throughout. Rapid, friendly, professional guidance and responses resulted in my projector being courier'd to and from the BenQ service centre where they not only fixed the fault, but also changed a chip that repaired 2 stuck pixels - something which I had not mentioned when raising the fault. The projector came back fully recalibrated too. From leaving my house to being returned totalled 9 days. Simply put. an example of how post sales support should be but seldom is nowadays.

An expensive display is flickering and Benq doesn't care

I have bought an expensive display targeted for designers (Benq PD2725U) and it has a flickering problem. I have tested on 4 different Macbooks, both M1 and Intel - same problem. I have filed a warranty case with Benq.eu but they told me it's not their problem but Apple problem. How do you release a display for designers that doesn't work with Mac???

Un monitor BENQ 2K versatile e ricco di connessioni!

Ho avuto il piacere di utilizzare il monitor BENQ 2K per un po' di tempo e devo dire che mi ha impressionato positivamente sotto diversi aspetti. Una delle caratteristiche che ho apprezzato di più è stata la presenza di numerose porte di connessione, che hanno reso l'esperienza di utilizzo molto versatile e comoda.

Il monitor BENQ 2K è dotato di porte HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort, USB e persino un jack da 3.5 mm. Questa vasta gamma di opzioni di connessione mi ha permesso di collegare facilmente diversi dispositivi, come computer, console di gioco, lettori multimediali e altro ancora. Non importa quale dispositivo volessi utilizzare, il monitor era pronto a supportarlo senza problemi.

La qualità dell'immagine offerta da questo monitor è eccezionale. La risoluzione 2K garantisce dettagli nitidi e colori vibranti, rendendo l'esperienza visiva davvero coinvolgente. Sia che stessi guardando film, giocando ai videogiochi o lavorando su progetti grafici, l'immagine era sempre nitida e accurata.

Inoltre, il monitor BENQ 2K è dotato di una serie di funzionalità aggiuntive che lo rendono ancora più interessante. Ad esempio, la modalità Low Blue Light mi ha aiutato a ridurre l'affaticamento degli occhi durante lunghe sessioni di utilizzo, mentre la tecnologia flicker-free ha contribuito a ridurre il fastidioso sfarfallio dello schermo.

Infine, devo menzionare anche il design elegante e compatto del monitor. L'aspetto sottile e moderno si adatta perfettamente a qualsiasi ambiente, sia che si tratti di un ufficio o di un'area di intrattenimento domestica.

In conclusione, il monitor BENQ 2K è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un display di alta qualità, versatile e ricco di connessioni. Le numerose porte HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort, USB e jack 3.5 mm offrono molte opzioni di connessione, mentre la qualità dell'immagine e le funzionalità aggiuntive rendono l'esperienza di utilizzo davvero piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo monitor a chiunque cerchi un'opzione affidabile e performante per le proprie esigenze di visualizzazione.

ZOWIE XL2730 nach 4 jahren weiße streifen ,kreise unten im bildschirm
mein cousin hat das selbe problem
dazu kommt noch ein BUG das man mit dem displayport keine 144 HZ erreicht erst nach mehrfachen resett des Bildschirms
ich würde von diesen Monitoren immer abraten

Good Monitor's

I've always used BenQ monitors since 2015. I have never had a issue with a monitor I have purchased. I will be getting a 144 or 240 in the future.

got s 240hz monitor with dyac premium, honestly incredible for csgo. anyone debating to get one or not, your best bet is getting one

Une marque qui vous veux du bien !

Tout simplement une brand de BenQ pour le gaming/esport qui veux du bien à ses clients, tout est "pro" et bien travailler, l'un des meilleur SAV, les community manager sur reddit/Twitter et YouTube sont super sympa et vous aides directement !
Leur produit ne sont pas parfait cependant ! Manque de certaines évolutions sur le marché des souris, sur les écrans les options DyAc sont bien mais pas parfaitement gérer ( problème de crosstalk désagréable ) !
Cependant l'ergonomie sur leurs écrans est superbe !
Les packaging sont toujours bien présenter et ils prennent soins de leur clients.

Ils ne méritent pas de mauvais avis et ils méritent bien leur 5 étoiles.
