I found searching for a company to build my eCommerce site very daunting as there were lots of providers available and I needed to get it right for my customers from the start. I'm so happy that I made the decision to go with zpecommerce, I've been with them for over a year and honestly, I cannot fault them. There are a wide range of templates to choose from, adding products or making changes is a breeze and there are lots of features available, plus the price is unbeatable. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and the help they've given shows that they actually care - very refreshing!

I have been using Zpecommerce for just over a year now. I find the site easy to navigate even for a novice. There is always help available during business hours with generally a speedy response to any queries I have.There is a good choice of templates and you can customise by changing backgrounds wallpapers etc to compliment your website.
Packages are a great price too. I would highly recommend this company.

I have found ZPEcommerce to have the best customer service out of all the providers I have tried. Even standard tickets are answered very quickly. The site has undergone extensive changes over the last couple of years and is very easy to navigate and the pricing is excellent value for money. I would recommend this company above all others.

I have found ZP a great company to be working with. I set my site up in no time. Easy to build and no clever coding needed. I tried a few others before coming over to ZP and it was the best move I made. They keep you updated with any issues or changes ASAP and are always there with the support. This is a company who is on the up and I am staying right with them.

It took us three months of free trials before we found ZP Ecommerce.
We tried this site on a free trial and felt that it was perfect for us. We loved the templates, they are clean and look professional. It is dummy proof, anyone can use it. If you get stuck all you need to do is ask a question, I have never waited more than a few minutes for a response. The price is great for what is offered and they are constantly working on improving the features available.

I don't trust ZP-ECOMMERCE they lost my domain name although they renewed my website-account automatically through Pay Pal , have sending them email since Feb asked when my domain name will be in use and still today May, they keep sending mail and promise that my domain name will be working within a few days now few month has passed . I feel really dissapointed how they treat their customer .
