Nice concept, poor implementation

The concept and pricing sound great, but the implementation is poor and support not responsive at all.
Rank tracker is working pretty well, keyword lab and planner not at all, the backlink monitor just a joke.
Keyword planner is showing only a fraction of keywords listed in other tools, many of the keywords not in the language selected, and no search volumes. On the first page, the second page does not show any data at all.
The backlink monitor shows, maybe, a link or two, compared to 20-30 other tools like Semrush and ahrefs discover. The spam rating is not to be taken for serious, too. Links from universities are rated as 9/10 10/10 spam - compared to a Moz spam score of maybe 1%.

Hello Rasmin, thank you so much for your review and feedback. Rank Tracker is our main product and the others are side features as of now. However, as we have a solid roadmap written here: https://new.zutrix.com/our-roadmap-for-this-year-oN9wA , we are working on the side features to become our main products as well. Planner and Backlink Monitor is in Beta process and we have just made them live. We are currently working on those features to enhance features and increase stability. For the brands you said, they are not in our Rival Zone yet as they are bigger and way ahead of us. Our aim is to catch and pass them by time with the feedbacks of you and our other customers. Also, we should point out that, Zutrix provides these services very, very cheaply when compared to others. From this point of view, it is clearly evident that we have not yet entered into full competition with the related companies in by-products.
