I love how it feels. It's nice and heavy. No issues with delivery and it came pretty quick. They also left some cool holographic stickers in the package. Would recommend

I would like to offer feedback on my experience with the customer service

I would like to offer feedback on my recent experience with the customer service. Initially, I received a response to my initial inquiry within four days, which appeared reasonable. However, I encountered difficulties when attempting to follow up or send additional emails. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive a response. Additionally, I received a discount code in the first email, but it appears to be non-functional. I am still awaiting resolution and a response to my concerns.

I ordered the Karma chain for 32€ (+5€…

I ordered the Karma chain for 32€ (+5€ for shipping to France), the package arrived a week later after ordering.
Pendant is good quality. Other reviews said that their chain was weak, but it's been a month since I'm wearing it and nothing ever broke.
The chain hasn't oxidized yet, and the package also comes with three stickers and a small bag for the pendant.
It's been a good experience for me, I'm very happy with the product :)

Viel zu spät

Die Kette finde ich immernoch super, leider kam nach 2 Wochen immernoch nichts, auch nach mehrmaligen Fragen an den Support. Ich weiß nicht was ich jetzt machen soll.
