Amazing customer service!
I received a damaged item and was so disappointed but I contacted the customer service team and they were amazing! They are sending me a replacement and also giving me another pendant that I was interested in for the inconvenience/hassle!
Deffo recommend and will be telling all my friends about this site!

Relativ nice Qualität dafür das ich den shop auf TikTok gefunden habe.
Es war relativ schnell da. Die sticker sind relativ nice. Gut ist das der ring nicht abfärbt (beim tragen grün auf der haut wird)

We are realy sorry for the inconvenience. International orders can sometimes take longer to arrive due to customs clearance and other factors, therefore the delivery can take up to a month.
We checked you package tracking, and it looks like your package is currently in customs in the USA and scheduled to arrive on 23th.
You should have received a tracking email for your order, where you can follow your order status.
If there are still issues we are happy to assist.

Good product, bad service
I ordered a week ago and is yet to recieve a confirmation email for my delivery.
You don’t have access to your own profile on their website, neither do you have access to your orders from that website.
I can see that the money was charged in my bank, but i haven’t recieved ANY information about my order from them.
I even wrote to their customer service about the issue with no response what so ever.
Thankfully i recieved my item 9 days after i purchased, but as a customer it was a scary procedure not knowing if i bought it or not.
They don’t scam you, but their customer service is beyond bad.
