Off to a bad start
I have been trying to speak to someone for 3 days with no luck. Have been on hold for over 90mins over 3 phone calls. I have emailed their customer services but have had no answer to my email.
I have not received my callback that I set up with them.
My online account is not up to date. They HAVE taken my first payment though so I know someone is working for the company!
All in all not a good start 6 days in to being their customer.
