Quick delivery. Good price. Good quality phone. Have used before and will use again.

I have ordered from 2 different sellers in the last 2 weeks both who used evri.
For both parcels I had, from evri, ‘sorry there is a delay’ messages with no follow up. I have had to chase using the chatbot which just gave me the same standard response and then only when then asking to be investigated have they ‘found’ my parcel.
I have had things delivered from evri in the past and had no issues, but 2 in the same week….

Good communication. Very friendly and polite people who came to install the broadband-both the guy who installed the cable (sorry I didn’t get your name) and Lewis who did the final installation.
Absolutely no issues so far with the speed/connection. Very happy overall.

I was sent the wrong dog food with my initial order. I reordered the food again, double checking it was the correct one, but again got sent something different.
The customer service agents were helpful in answering my questions but unfortunately the whole experience has left me to leave an average rating.

I have ordered a shed and some fence panels from wickes and b&q, respectively, recently and forest gardens have provided them.
Both times the delivery was much quicker that what the shop suggested-b&q said 20days for fence panels and they arrived in 3, and the shed was delivered in 1 week whereas the expected delivery was 3 weeks.
I was able to track the driver to ensure I was ready when they arrived, and both drivers were very courteous and put the food exactly where I asked.
The driver for the fence panels was called David and was very friendly.

I have been trying to speak to someone for 3 days with no luck. Have been on hold for over 90mins over 3 phone calls. I have emailed their customer services but have had no answer to my email.
I have not received my callback that I set up with them.
My online account is not up to date. They HAVE taken my first payment though so I know someone is working for the company!
All in all not a good start 6 days in to being their customer.
