Worst customer service and very poor quality
So I am renting an apartment and my lease is almost up, since I broke the door of my salad fridge drawer (simply by pulling it just to give you an idea of the bad quality of the plastic) I decided to replace it without having to deal with my landlord. I ordered the new part (by the way I had to replace the whole drawer since apparently they don't sell the door separately) and guess what? It arrived a week later with the door broken! I have been trying to contact them for days to have it replaced ASAP and all I've heard is an automated message saying they are too busy to reply, a chat on the website that keeps ending by itself before I can even type anything because apparently there is no one available on it, and two emails neither of which have been replied to. Now I'm probably gonna have to pay extra out of my deposit at the end of my lease all because of ridiculous customer service and two identical broken parts which are clearly of very poor quality.
Update:
Once I finally got through to the customer service (5 days later) they were actually quite helpful, although I still haven't received my refund and I sent the item back 6 days ago so my issue is still not quite resolved
