Excellent customer service.
There were some problems but the people at Dortech Direct made a real effort to sort them out. Initially there was confusion about whether an item was available - these things happen, particularly during these uncertain times, so I wouldn't make a big fuss. I emailed Dortech and very soon had a helpful phone call during which I explained my needs. The next day, to my surprise, I received an email from the courier saying that the delivery would be next day, though I had expected 3-5 days at best. I imagine that Dortech were doing there best to provide a good service by using an express courier, though I hadn't paid for that service. I live in a rural area with few houses and poor phone reception so, not for the first time, the courier experienced difficulties; this company (I won't name it), unlike others, was awkward, uncooperative and unable to act sensibly, even when I used their "live chat" facility in an attempt to help them. A phone call to Dortech sorted that out. They apologised for the courier's failure to deliver and promised to deal with it - which they did; the parcel arrived early next day. So 5 stars for customer service.
