The radio was offered at a good price. Delivery was quick. So far, so good. I cannot comment on how well the radio will last, but I've no reason to doubt it. If I need anything of the prepping variety I'll certainly give this site a look.

Parcel delivered at the stated time and with genuine tracking: I could see where the van was so knew how much time I had to get on with various jobs.

Delivered much earlier than expected. The only criticism I have is of the tracking. It stays at the same spot for quite a while, then shifts to another place and stays there. The driver arrived when the tracker was showing him as about 10 miles away, so it's a good job that I didn't go for a walk while I waited. The driver kindly waited while I checked the contents which were a replacement of something damaged in a previous delivery, by a different company.

Delivered on time. It helps that you use a delivery company that employs people who know the area. I've recently had a delivery which failed because the driver gave up and went back to the depot: rural area, narrow lanes, no lighting and a post code that covers the best part of a mile of road, all to be dealt with, or not, in the dark.

I haven't had chance to use the tool - change of plan.
Delivery, though, was very fast, so, as far as it goes, very good.

Excellent service. I'd bought a battery about a year ago and ruined it by allowing it to discharge completely, then leaving it, all down to lack of care. The battery had been fine so I bought another. Delivery was very fast. In between I'd exchanged emails with the company about my diagnosis (sadly confirmed) and received prompt and helpful advice.

As usual SportsShoes gave a good price and quick delivery. The website is clear too, so altogether they do a good job.

I needed extra RAM for an old laptop. Mr Memory's site produced what I needed very quickly. The price was good and delivery very fast with components packaged securely. I can't report on the performance of the RAM - that is waiting for another family member to put it to use, editing videos and audio with kdenlive.

I was able to assemble the tower (the tallest they had at the time, which was a few years ago) single-handed, on uneven ground, in a few hours. After arranging a tie to the eaves, which made me feel more secure in the strong winds we were having, I was able to move around the tower easily and confidently. I don't have a head for heights but felt completely safe with the arrangement. Several jobs were done on slates, ridge and chimney which I could not have attempted without the tower. Amongst other things I could assemble tools, buckets, materials on the top platform instead of having to go up and down a ladder whenever I needed anything. The whole structure is very well made and thoughtfully designed - well worth the money. I've just taken it out from storage and was struck again by its quality.

As usual excellent customer service. A query I had was answered very quickly. The parts I ordered were received a week earlier than their estimated time of delivery, so all well.

As usual I could find what I wanted quickly. Prices were good and there was a wide range on offer.
Goods were dispatched promptly and arrived in a couple of days, maybe next day (not sure). Overall I find CCL to be a very good company to deal with, one of the first I go to if I want anything in the computer line.

I contacted EON.next to express concern about some aspects of their customer service, notably a return to badgering me about smart meters. I had an immediate response from Olivia and, on a related matter, from Clinton. Both Olivia and Clinton addressed my concerns, showed understanding and, to my surprise and relief, did not treat me as an inorant luddite, nor did they repeat the company mantra about the virtues of smart meters. It remains to be seen whether the company itself will respond to my compaints but, on the basis of the response of Olivia and Clinton, I feel encouraged.

There were some problems but the people at Dortech Direct made a real effort to sort them out. Initially there was confusion about whether an item was available - these things happen, particularly during these uncertain times, so I wouldn't make a big fuss. I emailed Dortech and very soon had a helpful phone call during which I explained my needs. The next day, to my surprise, I received an email from the courier saying that the delivery would be next day, though I had expected 3-5 days at best. I imagine that Dortech were doing there best to provide a good service by using an express courier, though I hadn't paid for that service. I live in a rural area with few houses and poor phone reception so, not for the first time, the courier experienced difficulties; this company (I won't name it), unlike others, was awkward, uncooperative and unable to act sensibly, even when I used their "live chat" facility in an attempt to help them. A phone call to Dortech sorted that out. They apologised for the courier's failure to deliver and promised to deal with it - which they did; the parcel arrived early next day. So 5 stars for customer service.

Used toolstation online for the first time to buy some electrical equipment. Initially there was a problem with paying, which may have been down to my connection; an email to toolstation produced an immediate response - always encouraging. I was able to go ahead with payment - a good price and, most important at the time, fast delivery, no more than a couple of days to a rural location. I expect that I will buy from them again.

Some plastic sheet was delivered promptly but the dimensions weren't quite right. One phone call and the matter was resolved. There was no questioning of my judgement, apologies were given together with a promise of dispatch of replacement next working day. This was done and the replacement received on time and in good order.

Impressive service. I sent a query about a product and received a reply at the start of business on the next working day. The website was clear and easy to use. When I placed my order I was immediately sent an email with tracking information. The delivery company contacted me by email to give me an estimated time of delivery and they kept to that time. So I received my package on the morning of the day after I placed the order. The price was good, too.
When there seems to be so much to grumble about these days it's a pleasure to be able to commend something wholeheartedly.

Website was clear: prices, with and without VAT, and delivery charges stated. A couple of hours after order had been placed a man from the local branch phoned to confirm delivery date and time. Delivered next day as arranged. All very smooth and efficient.

The people at the Penrith branch were excellent: knowledgeable and helpful. The order was delivered on the day agreed - all very smooth and efficient. The only problems I had arose from incorrect information on the website, in particular wrong codes for some items including concrete blocks and timber. The website also offered me a choice of delivery dates: Wednesday or Wednesday. As I had to make a choice I chose Wednesday even though I knew that Penrith delivered to my area only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was called from the Penrith branch to confirm the correct delivery date. Overall there were no problems that could not be dealt with by a phone call, though I did waste a bit of time trying to place an order online.

It is a pleasure to be able to express my appreciation of the service provided by TLC. I found it necessary to return a faulty inverter, and then return the replacement which had the same fault. When I spoke to the TLC representative on the phone he accepted what I had to say and at no point suggested, or so much as hinted, that I was in any way to blame, even though the repeated fault in the item was very surprising. My problem was handled with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. The representative even took time to locate and check an item for me, before despatching it. When they say that an item will be in the post that afternoon they mean it. I received each replacement on the following day which, given where I live, is remarkable. Everything, including supply of pre-paid labels for returns, was arranged so as to give me as little trouble as possible. From first complaint to receipt of a working inverter took very little time. On top of everything else the replacement was despatched before I had returned the original! I was treated as an honest, responsible person, and my word accepted.
I wish all companies worked this way. I also wish TLC had a branch near me.
So, in summary – excellent.
