Some weeks ago I had a text from EE…

Some weeks ago I had a text from EE informing me new terms were being put in place, informing me if I didn't like these terms I could leave . Having been a customer with Orange then EE for over 20 years I found this annoying.
I contacted EE and agreed to have a new phone and data. The phone was to be issued on Friday 18th of March, no notification from EE regarding my delivery, apparently the couriers had tried to deliver the phone on two occasions, I called EE they blamed the couriers but I mentioned that I paid EE for a delivery so the contract for delivery is with EE. Its all messy.
I'm of the opinion that they are not interested in my business and 20 years of custom means nothing.

Hi Chris,

I am gutted to read about your experience when getting a new phone delivered. I would fully expect DPD to update you on deliveries and to give you timescales for when your phone is being delivered.
I am sorry the initial text that was sent was maybe worded in a way that annoyed you but I think the intention was to let you know you do have different options.

Please can you message us on Facebook or Twitter and I would love to get you extra help with your upgrade? We really do care and 20 years is such a long time to be with us too.
