My waterproof Barbour boots are not fit for purpose, I wore them once and they let in water I returned them after so called inspection they were returned back to me .
Barbour boots are cheap imitations of what they once were, I recommend you buy another brand.
Flannels are of no help.

Having bought Barbour boots I have noticed that the quality of them have decreased significantly, just bought a pair of Barbour Meays boots and are not fit for purpose, first time of wearing them my feet are soaked.

Jet2 holidays sent me an email asking me about my recent weekend break in Antibes. I gave an honest review stating the Royal Antibes hotel was sold as a luxury hotel the hotel is not a luxury hotel lots of small issues which you would not find in a luxury hotel. I am disappointed with Jet2 that they have not passed any comments regarding my issues. Do the company only want good reviews and don't want any constructive criticism.?

I notice that Barbour are not interested in any Trustpilot comments, but anyway here goes, I ordered three navy blue wax jackets from various on line shops I returned two as the colour was black not blue, the third I still have, and is still black. I emailed Barbour regarding this matter and just like all these comments here the email was obviously ignored.
I have a good number of Barbour jackets gilets boots and scarves.

Having looked at previous reviews I noticed that all positive reviews are answered and all the poor reviews are ignored, this tells me you have no interest in customers who experienced problems like mine and I am not worthy of a reply. Wrong colour Greg sent emails full of waffle ( reaching out) well I ask you, I just want to send this Barbour jacket back and have my refund.

I ordered a Barbour wax jacket in navy an email I received later confirmed the jacket was black, I call shortly after to cancel the jacket but was spoken to as I was an imbecile, I wanted to cancel before the jacket was sent out to avoid problems of returns, the person I spoke to said that I would have a call back the next morning, this hasn't happened, I tried calling the automated system and this isn't working either. This is my first time dealing with Very and an extremely poor experience it has been.

Apart from employing thieves and crooks they also employ incompetent staff and stupid staff.
Last year they stole money from my bank , last month Green Flag wanted me to renew , so I called them on the 13th of June 2022 to inform them that I wanted back the money they stole £82.00 and not to renew any policy, surprise surprise, documents have appeared in my in box, they are ready to seal money again . Do they target pensioners ? I can't put into words how badly GreenFlag have behaved, they need shaming.

The thieves and crooks at greenflag have asked me to renew my breakdown cover, I can't believe they have the gall, last year they stole money from my account and have not returned it, they never listen to complaints,they are just a symptom of present day business where no one cares no one takes responsibility, they still are a bunch of thieves and corporate crooks.

Having called twice on Wednesday 23rd of March at 11.56 the call ended after 4 minutes with no help from the service agent and again at 12.41 this time the service agent left me saying she would put me on hold for a moment this turned out to be 30 minutes. I then ended the call . A complete waste of my time and effort. Obviously I'm not
a valued customer of 20 years.

Some weeks ago I had a text from EE informing me new terms were being put in place, informing me if I didn't like these terms I could leave . Having been a customer with Orange then EE for over 20 years I found this annoying.
I contacted EE and agreed to have a new phone and data. The phone was to be issued on Friday 18th of March, no notification from EE regarding my delivery, apparently the couriers had tried to deliver the phone on two occasions, I called EE they blamed the couriers but I mentioned that I paid EE for a delivery so the contract for delivery is with EE. Its all messy.
I'm of the opinion that they are not interested in my business and 20 years of custom means nothing.

How happy I am to be rid of this appalling company, though I am still experiencing problems with my bill , they keep sending my last bill with an estimated usage though I have spoken with them to give my last meter reading , but this reading has fallen once again on deaf ears.
This is a wholly disreputable company that has for years ripped me off wholesale.
I can't express the disgust I have for this company.
