To be honest it was hassle free except getting the correct phots of the car inside. Only one telephone call to set things up and it was straight forward from there. I received a good price and the dealer came to my home and the price was not dropped and into my account there and then. DVLA were also notified and I have received my road tax refund back already. I would say they are most honest than other companies doing the same thing.
