To place the order online was very easy but a bit disappointed with delivery. I could not track it, and it said the delivery was going to be Whistl but it was the post office that delivered it.

On-line order was easy and delivered on time. It was slightly different to the original one but it still fitted.

I haven’t been playing this site very long and I won a set of Luke Litter Edge darts on Sunday night. This was confirmed to me on Monday morning by a WhatsApp message. All I had to do on Monday morning was add my ID proof. I was then told all and package was sent. I couldn’t believe it was delivered to my house in West Aberdeenshire on the Tuesday. Also this is the site for darts people, good prices to entry, site is very easy to use, to find the results of the draws and the communication was perfect,

I haven’t played this site very long and so far I have not had any wins. I also do not know anyone that owns the site just to be clear on that. I have found the site to be easy to choose what competition to pick from, a little bit more expensive than other sites that I play but I can understand that due to numbers, and better odds of winning are better. I couldn’t link my purchase on site to see what the winning numbers are, but you will find them on Facebook, or unless there is a way of finding out the then my mistake. I prefer to be able to see your purchase, then a link to see what the winning numbers where etc etc. I just like to see if I was close or not. Other than that payment was easy and let’s hope I get a win and how that is dealt with.

I have found my 7days Perpormance experience exceptional. I hadn’t been playing them very long and then I received the shock that I had won an iPhone 17 Pro or Max. To claim the prize, and all the communication with them has been brilliant. In fact the communication that I have had with them it felt like they were family. There was a delay with the delivery but that was down to the Weather in Aberdeenshire (Snow) and not 7days.

On the 19thof December I won an Apple 13.6” Laptop. And to be honest I did not even know I had won it!! When I received the email from Eve to inform me this was absolutely amazing. I honestly feel these are part of my family and I honestly recommend them to anyone. Also how many competitors out there offer free competitions. The only issue that I had was on the delivery because hadn’t been given a PIN number to allow the DPD driver to hand over my prize so I had to wait a few days to receive. All received, sent up and it’s a bueaty.

I had the DPD driver from Aberdeen at my door this morning with a high value package, But no one sent me a PIN number in advance via a text message to accept it. Absolutely raging that he could not leave it (just doing his job). And for DPD to change the delivery date to the 29th saying ‘as requested’ is down right lies. Absolute incompetence from someone and there will never be an apology from them.

My broadband provider was BT and to be honest I was considering looking for a better deal elsewhere but in the end I stayed with BT, and let’s be honest I never had any issues with them in the past. So with my Fibre I decided to remain with BT and the installation went smoothly. Also the level of communication was of this planet.

Nothing better than getting that ‘WhatsApp’ message from Brett. Some day I hope to get that call from Calvin and Leanne 🤷🏻‍♂️. Today I won the PS5 which I will hand over to my son. I previously won an IPad and gave it to my wife. Must be my turn soon. Anyway I have got to thank the Bounty Team for everything they do, and they just do not deserve the knockers out there. They have changed many wife’s out there 👏🏻👏🏻

Customer Service very poor and Contradictive.

When I purchased my current vehicle I also had a service with it. I was still due one service on it but I must admit I did not think it had an expiry date on it.When Arnold Clark sent me an email to book my vehicle in for a service that was when I found out my plan had expired. I was told that I would have to pay again but in my opinion I have already paid for it so why should I pay again. One reply I received told me that I would get a refund but when I asked if it was possible for them to just book my service instead of a refund I was told it had expired. It is very disappointing to have a contradiction of answers from them. Is this how Arnold Clark treat there customers?? I am Also due for a change of motor so why shoud I purchase from them again if this is how you treat me. I also requested that someone call me on my mobile regarding the refund but this never happened also.

Finally with the help of Katie today this has now been resolved and very happy that we got there in the end. Also I look forward to a future Arnold Clark purchase.

I only came across this site on Saturday and I could not believe what was on offer, and at unbelievable prices to play. Not only that the discounts on offer make it even more brilliant. For a first attempt and to win an iPhone was unreal. I am in and wish Duncan all the best with his site.

I recently had my front screen replaced in Aberdeen on my Toyota C HR. I can honestly say they fitters in there were very friendly, and helpful and did a professional job.

We purchased gift cards online and were amazed that they arrived the next day by post.

Perfect delivery and the correct parts arrived.

This was a very easy experience to do a purchase online. On this occasion it was a Curry’s purchase and was able to do mu purchase without any problems.

I recently telephoned BT regarding my broadband speed and now I am fighting to get my landline and telephone reinstated. A simply telephone call to BT to inquire why my broadband speed was slow and the person we dealt with convinced us to change the Broadband package I was on to another package, she also arranged for my mobile number to be part of the new package. But when I started receiving emails from them I noticed that she had cancelled my landline rental and number. Never in that conversation I wanted my landline cancelled never never and now I am fighting to get it reinstated, and would you believe it at my cost. What has happened at BT for so much much incompetence with them. Currently I have only Broadband from them and I am being charged at the same price with my landline rental. It should be cheaper without a landline. Incredible that simple call regarding my broadband speed and I get my landline cancelled, and at the same price. Absolutely shocking service and I have been with them for a very long time. Update today many thanks to Rita that looked into issue with BT and took action and resolved my complaint. To be honest it was hassle free except getting the correct phots of the car inside. Only one telephone call to set things up and it was straight forward from there. I received a good price and the dealer came to my home and the price was not dropped and into my account there and then. DVLA were also notified and I have received my road tax refund back already. I would say they are most honest than other companies doing the same thing.

The shop staff in Aberdeen were very helpful whilst in the show room. The office and the delivery people were also very professional
