Very disappointing - they just don't car(e)
Very disappointing, no staff at the desk, no keys, no note. Travelling with two elderly parents 91 & 96 had to wait in London City Airport whilst another car hire company Hertz and helpful chap call Arbaz found us a car. Avis numbers didn't work the menu just went round and round. Too big to care - Booked it through booking.com - I hope i will never have to use Avis again There were two other customers there in the same predicament - flight came in early at 1330hrs due time was 1400 - and nobody at the desk what a shower.
