I am chasing a refund from a flight from August 2024, they still haven't refunded me despite reselling my ticket - my wife was allowed to fly and she sat next to the new ticket holder. I emailed face booked and hand wrote to their Norway, Gatwick and London office - they have given me reference case numbers and done nothing - please get you act together and treat people like you would like to be treated.

They said 'free business banking for life' and regaled on their word - dishonest bankers!!

Great generally but sometimes i get frustrated that i cant just pick up the phone and get an answer

Very disappointing, no staff at the desk, no keys, no note. Travelling with two elderly parents 91 & 96 had to wait in London City Airport whilst another car hire company Hertz and helpful chap call Arbaz found us a car. Avis numbers didn't work the menu just went round and round. Too big to care - Booked it through booking.com - I hope i will never have to use Avis again There were two other customers there in the same predicament - flight came in early at 1330hrs due time was 1400 - and nobody at the desk what a shower.

I felt the service was thorough and that there due dilligence and integrity made it professional gave me a feeling protected.

All went to plan - Duty free is expensive !

Thank you Rich Morgan, Chris Bate and 3rd team member who, shamefully i do not recall the name of. It was a refreshing delivery of service: efficient, friendly and professional. The team worked well together installing my tank in freezing conditions and with various obstacles in the path of the 'mole'. In the morning the garden looked like the battlefields of the Somme by the following afternoon the lawn was back to normal un unrecognisable. Thank you for your service!!

This is a scam - you will be encouraged to put your money into this platform,all very convincing but when its time to withdraw it they will make an excuse that to take the money out you will need to deposit more money into the account

I have not received the receipt of parcel or tracking numbers

Simple clear instructions - now i just need to win!
