Cancelled insurance without request. When I called to rectify, it was stated I'd get an email confirming that my insurance was re activated and that my automatic renewal policy was cancelled. To date 5 days later still no email confirmation. Go skippy falsely and purposely mislead people regards windscreen cover. Opted for premium policy that stated included windscreen cover, but held back on stating there is a £115 excess for windowscreen replacement and a £25 excess for a windowscreen repair. Not pleased, will not recommend nor use again.
