Serious Concerns About Cleanliness and Maintenance

I’m writing to express serious concerns regarding the current state of cleanliness and maintenance at the Stepaside location. As a regular member, I find the ongoing neglect increasingly unacceptable.

There are dust webs and thick layers of dust throughout the gym, and much of the equipment is visibly dirty. Several wall sockets appear broken, posing potential safety hazards. The windows are absolutely filthy and covered in bird droppings, which haven't been cleaned for what seems like months.

Even more concerning are the toilets, which are showing clear signs of mould, and the tiles – which I clearly remember being gray when I joined – are now black from grime and a clear lack of daily basic cleaning.

This level of neglect does not reflect well on the Energy Fitness brand and is not what paying members should have to tolerate. I hope this matter will be treated with urgency, as the current conditions are well below acceptable standards.

Looking forward to seeing real improvements soon.

We are currently investigating the issues raised and will be working to address them as a matter of urgency, including a thorough audit of our cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance.
