Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your balloons didn’t meet expectations, especially as your balloons were a gift.

We would like to clarify that upon receiving your initial email at 15:59 on 30th May, we responded within 3 minutes, requesting the necessary images as outlined in the leaflet included in the delivery box and as stated in our Terms and Conditions. This is part of our process to promptly resolve any delivery or deflated balloon issues.

You replied with an image taken through a window, which unfortunately did not meet the clarity requirements we communicated. We replied promptly, kindly requesting more adequate photos so we could proceed with investigating the issue further.

At the time this review was posted, we were still waiting for the appropriate images in order to move forward with a resolution. We understand your frustration, but we do strive to treat every concern seriously and fairly, while also adhering to our clearly stated policies.
