Professional throughout. Good quality product at a great price. Would have no hesitation recommending to family and friends.
Unfortunately, since installation I have encountered a problem with door not responding to remote. Aftercare service is not what I would expect. Garolla call centre has no visibility of engineers diary. Advice was to wait for a call from engineer when he has spare capacity. No timescale! Disappointed after such a great experience with instal.
Door motor has failed again. That's twice in 5 weeks!
