Problem with defect rug resolved. However it would have been more professional for Furniture Village to advise me rather than the carrier uplifting the rug.

Quick response to query and action taken to speak with the supplier of the faulty product. No solution until supplier responds

Unfortunately, since installation I have encountered a problem with door not responding to remote. Aftercare service is not what I would expect. Garolla call centre has no visibility of engineers diary. Advice was to wait for a call from engineer when he has spare capacity. No timescale! Disappointed after such a great experience with instal.
Door motor has failed again. That's twice in 5 weeks!

Lock looks good but screws to attach to door were too soft and difficult to tighten without screwdriver slipping.

The third party contractor carrying out the work was very helpful and efficient.

Arrived within 30minutes as advised. Unfortunately cost advised did not include 20%VAT. It was clear I was a domestic household and therefore disappointing.
