Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Ich verstehe, dass diese Situation nicht einfach ist, und möchte Ihnen versichern, dass ich Sie bei jedem Schritt unterstützen werde.

Die Transaktionen wurden sowohl von unserem System als auch vom Zahlungsanbieter validiert. Da die Schlüssel bereits eingesehen wurden, kann der Verkäufer keine Rückerstattung veranlassen.

Melden Sie den Vorfall am besten Ihren örtlichen Behörden und wenden Sie sich an Ihre Bank. Diese ist am besten in der Lage, unbefugte Aktivitäten zu untersuchen und Ihr Konto zu sichern.

Wenn ich Ihnen sonst noch weiterhelfen kann, lassen Sie es mich gerne wissen.

DIE erdreisten sich also, Geld von meinem Konto abzubuchen OHNE Ermächtigung.

Ein absolutes NOGO!

Dazu lügt eneba dreist, denn PayPal schreibt:

"Neues zu Ihrem Fall

Wir haben festgestellt, dass die fragliche(n) Transaktion(en) unbefugt war(en) und haben den vollen Betrag für die folgenden Transaktionen zurückgezahlt:

Wir haben festgestellt, dass die fraglichen Aktivitäten in Ihrem Konto nicht autorisiert waren"

Toni Montana scheint eine strohdumme KI zu sein:

We cannot proceed with the refund because the transactions were validated by both our system and the payment provider, and since the keys have already been viewed, the vendor is unable to issue a refund.

In this case, I suggest you contact your bank or banking provider for assistance.

Ich habe weder von Eneba noch von irgendeinem "vendor" eine diesbezügliche Mitteilung erhalten.

"PayPal is indeed the best party to investigate unauthorized activity within their system. They have the necessary tools and access to their own records to confirm if a transaction was made without your authorization, and we are glad they were able to issue you a refund."

Das ist richtig, erfordert jedoch aufwendige Telefonate mit dem Kundendiesnt.

ICHF RAGE NOCH EINMAL. Wie kommt Eneba dazu, einfach Geld von meinem Konto abzubuchen, ohne mich vorher zu kontaktieren. Ich kannt Eneba bislang gar nicht!

Ebena schreibt; "Für alle Transaktionen auf unserer Plattform müssen Zahlungsdaten eingegeben und bestätigt werden. Wir können keine Abbuchungen veranlassen, ohne dass ein Kauf über unser System getätigt wurde. "

Aber genau das ist geschehen. Sofort offenlegen, wie so etwas geschehen konnte!

Ich geb' es auf: Ich versuche Eneba zu helfen, unseriöse Anbieter zu idendifizieren und zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen, und Eneba erklärt sich für inkompetent. Ich werde mich an PayPal wenden mit der Bitte, die Geschäftsbeziehung zu Eneba auftukündigen.

We would love to start by saying we understand your frustration and the strong feelings you have about this situation. We want to clarify our position and the information you received.

PayPal is indeed the best party to investigate unauthorized activity within their system. They have the necessary tools and access to their own records to confirm if a transaction was made without your authorization, and we are glad they were able to issue you a refund.

From our side, Eneba can only verify if the payment information provided for a purchase was correct. We do not have access to PayPal's internal systems to check for unauthorized activity on your PayPal account.

Regarding our policy, once a purchase has been finalized and the key has been viewed, if the key itself isn't faulty, we're unable to process a refund. This is because the order, at that point, belongs to the purchaser.

We hope this clarifies our role in such situations.

We want to assure you that Eneba does not randomly debit money from accounts or contact customers before a purchase. All transactions on our platform require payment details to be entered and confirmed. We don't have the ability to initiate charges without a purchase being made through our system.

Regarding your comment on how this could have happened, maybe your personal/baking information was stolen (via data breach or other illegal activities), and it was used on our site.

For such instances, we recommend changing passwords and adding 2FAs on your email/banking/social media accounts.

In addition, we would love to issue a refund. But as the activation code was already viewed by the buying party, we can not do that per our terms and conditions (https://www.eneba.com/support/article/refund-after-product-purchase). In addition, the code's seller is not a creator or publisher of it. So they can not turn it off.
