I ordered balloons from this company…

I ordered balloons from this company for a special occasion, and they arrived completely deflated. Not only was the product unusable, but the customer service experience that followed was absolutely disgraceful.

Despite multiple attempts to explain that I had opened the box carefully and did NOT use a sharp object, I was repeatedly accused of slicing or damaging the balloons myself – something I categorically did not do. Their entire "investigation" seemed to rest on assumptions and photos, rather than any genuine willingness to help or take responsibility.

Their last email summed it all up: dismissive, accusatory, and completely unwilling to listen. Apparently, the customer is always wrong here. They pointed to their refund policy as if that justified sending me unusable goods and washing their hands of the problem. It’s a convenient excuse to avoid any accountability.

Let me be clear: the balloons arrived deflated. I followed every instruction they provided. And instead of support, I got blame. They claim to "strive" for good service, that’s laughable. What they actually strive for is avoiding refunds and shifting blame.

Spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of balloon companies who value their customers and stand behind their products. This one clearly doesn't.

We’re genuinely really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We completely understand how upsetting it is when something goes wrong for a special occasion.

All of our balloons leave us fully inflated, checked for leaks multiple times, and securely packaged before being sent to you. We also make customers aware in our confirmation emails and on the packaging itself that sharp objects must not be used when opening the box, as even a small nick in the foil can cause balloons to slowly deflate.

In this case, the packaging tape showed a straight cut consistent with a sharp object, which is why we were unable to issue a refund. We do appreciate that you may feel this was not the cause, but unfortunately, we have to follow our process to remain fair and consistent for all customers.

We’re sorry that this left you feeling unsupported, as that’s never our intention, and we will continue reviewing our packaging and communication to avoid future disappointments.
