Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, two balloons were damaged. One had a 12 inch hole and the other a small tear. Both numbered balloons and the other 3 were all tangled in tape labelled fragile. Box Balloons did refund for the two numbered balloons but did intimate it could've been my fault when opening the box despite me following their instructions to the letter. Not sure how me opening the box as instructed could've tangled fragile tape with the ribbons. Not a great experience and had to source other balloons at very short notice for my son's 18th birthday. Will not use again, Card Factory were excellent and cheaper

Hi Andrew,

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we refunded both damaged balloons for you. The fragile tape we use inside the boxes is used to stop the ribbons from becoming tangled during transit.

We take care to check all balloons before they leave us, but it seems something must have happened in transit. Please be assured we never intended to suggest you caused the damage — only to explain that on rare occasions, this can happen.

We’re sorry things went wrong with your order, especially at such short notice, but we do hope your son had a wonderful 18th birthday, and you give us another go in the future.
