Bad. Missing flowers, poor quality.
Update: refunded but this company needs to look at their business model. Orders are shipped 3rd party, via Interflora - a company I’ve had issues with before. So unfortunately I won’t be using Flying Flowers again, regardless of prompt refund. Also, replies to complaints are just copy and paste. Pretty poor.
Appalling. The Sunflowers were ordered for my mother on the anniversary of my father’s death. I paid £29 for what should have been 12 flowers, delivered next day. They arrived on time and my mother was grateful. On visiting, I saw the bunch. 8 small, tired-looking droopy stems. Mostly brown, they looked dry and sad five days later. Obviously my mother wasn’t going to mention it, and on seeing them, I was thoroughly disappointed. I will not be using Flying Flowers again because I now can’t trust that the recipient is going to receive what I ordered and expected. And considering the nature of the gesture, I think it’s shocking.
