Although for the quarter paid in October 2025 I received partial interest on my investment (mainly because I made my investment in the middle of the quarter); however this is still better than if I had left the money in a traditional bank, which nowadays don't give nothing as returns. I definitely would recommend CRE Income fund to friends, family members, and even strangers. Since I like its business model and the ROI it offers to potential investors.
