All the excellent reviews I read prior to making a substantial investment in CRE were correct! Brian Swope does a thorough and professional job representing his company’s high quality products. There’s no doubt I will be investing more in the future with Brian.

Good investment. I was concerned about keeping all my investments within a single platform or I may have stayed with it.

Although for the quarter paid in October 2025 I received partial interest on my investment (mainly because I made my investment in the middle of the quarter); however this is still better than if I had left the money in a traditional bank, which nowadays don't give nothing as returns. I definitely would recommend CRE Income fund to friends, family members, and even strangers. Since I like its business model and the ROI it offers to potential investors.

Entering the sunset years, when investments need to be both secure and offer a decent return, means one must make choices. When we decided on the CRE Income Fund we were attracted by the 10% return and quality of management, according to the reviews we had read. We have been delighted with the returns over the past 6 months and have chosen to add to our position. The process looks daunting at first but the staff has been easy to work with and very helpful without being "pushy," while the dashboard is easy to follow and access.
