I wouldn't buy the charms again!

I iniitially bought 2 Clogau charms and the bracelet in October 2024. The tree of life charm clip broke twice, luckily, I didn't lose the charm. Clogau replaced them with no arguement. My pardarn charm broke and I lost that completely. I collected my 3rd replacement yesterday, and today i have noticed the charm has completely fallen off. I know they won't replace again. I wish I'd never invested in these pieces of jewellery!


Update:
Further to Clogau's customer service comment, I emailed them 2 weeks ago. I've had no response from them at all!

2nd Update
Clogau customer service has now responded. As predicted, they can't help as i have 'lost' the charm and clip. They are aware there are issues with quality of the clips, perhaps they need to reconsider their design.

Luckily for me, i have found a jeweller who is going to solder them in place. This will mean i sacrifice my warranty's for each piece but hey, i might hang onto my charms.
