I do not recommend, cheaters, thieves, liars. I don't have a desk and I lost my money.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you have had with your order and completely understand your frustration. We value every customer and want to assure you that we are committed to resolving this situation fairly.

According to our records, we have already processed the full refund for the original purchase amount of your desk. However, regarding the additional money , we have encountered a system limitation: while your dispute case remains open, the corresponding funds are temporarily frozen by the payment platform. This prevents us from issuing any further payments until the dispute is closed.

We have reached out to you several times, requesting that you close the dispute so we can proceed with the additional refund. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a reply.

We kindly ask you to close the dispute at your earliest convenience. Once it is closed, we will immediately process the additional refund as promised.

We are here to help and hope to resolve this matter for you as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us directly with your preference.
