Ich kann Ihren Ärger sehr gut nachvollziehen: lange Lieferzeit, dazu Abweichungen beim Aussehen und dann noch eine Qualität, die nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht – das ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung. Dass auch die Kommunikation für Sie nicht zufriedenstellend war, tut mir aufrichtig leid.

Lakiq is a SCAM

Lakiq is a SCAM. They know exactly what they are doing. You order a product in my case a wardrobe. Thinking it’s solid wood or whatever BS they put in their description, instead you get a complete piece of trash. I went through PayPal to order this product. I tried making a dispute straight with LAKIQ but you always get this generic AI written apology saying they are unable to get me a return but instead give me a choice in some other trash to pick from since I’m “such a loyal Costomer”. PayPal was able to get with someone God knows who and they agreed to get me a full refund once I shipped the product back to them and PayPal received a tracking number. Not sure if anyone has ever shipped a large box of trash to China Well I’ll tell you, you can’t unless you wanna spend well over $1000.00 to do it. So back where I said they know what they are doing. They know they are going to ship you trash say they have a good return policy but in reality you get screwed in the end. I can’t believe PayPal is even attached to this company’s name. seeing PayPal, you almost get a feeling that company is going to be legit. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
All these return comments from Lakiq on this review site are BS too. They make it sound like they are helping that person out when in reality they are emailing you on the side saying they can’t do anything
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM LAKIQ THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

While a full return to China can indeed involve high shipping costs, we provided you with alternative options,including replacement parts and partial refund—options we offered because we genuinely wanted to make things right for you. I understand that you preferred a full refund, and I respect that.

Regarding the PayPal dispute, PayPal reviews cases carefully and makes decisions based on the information provided by both sides. If the product had been completely unsellable or entirely different from what was described, PayPal typically sides with the buyer. The fact that they requested the item to be returned before issuing a refund is part of their standard process.

I sincerely apologize if our communication felt generic at times—that was never our intention. We strive to support every customer personally, and I'm sorry we fell short in your case. We are actively working to improve both our products and our customer service experience.

We genuinely want to find a fair resolution for you.

Nach 4 Monate immer nicht ankommen.

Bestellung am 02.12.2025, heute Email bekommen dass die Lieferung voraussichtlich Ende April bis Mitte Mai würde. Toll !!
Nun bin ich sogar gespannt was ich bekommen könnte, laut viele negativen Bewertungen auf jedem Fall nicht was ich bestellte habe. ;-) Würde hier Update geben wenn ich es bekomme.
Würde 0 STERN geben wenn ich könnte.

Vorsicht von dieser Firma, ich habe drei und halb Monate auf dem Schrank gewartet, falsche Farbe, fehlten Teile, schlechte Qualität, die Teile die ich bekommen habe, passen nicht zusammen und beim Schrauben gehen die Platten kaputt, das was ich bekommen habe gehört auf Müll, habe die Firma kontaktiert und die bieten nach soviel Mail 15 % Rückerstattung, das zum schämen, es handelt sich um Betrug. Bezüglich der Farbe möchten wir klarstellen: Das gelieferte Produkt entspricht der von Ihnen gewählten Bestellung. Wir vermuten, dass es sich hier um eine Farbabweichung aufgrund unterschiedlicher Bildschirmeinstellungen oder Lichtverhältnisse handelt, die manchmal zu einem anderen Farbeindruck führen kann.

Um Ihr Problem schnellstmöglich zu lösen, möchte ich Ihnen eine konkrete Lösung anbieten:

Wir können Ihnen kostenlos die fehlenden und die defekten Teile (die beim Schrauben kaputtgegangenen Platten) nachsenden. Sobald Sie die Ersatzteile erhalten, sollte sich der Schrank hoffentlich vollständig und stabil aufbauen lassen.

Worst quality and worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever experienced; products of ridiculously low quality materials and delivered rusty, dented and damaged in many areas. I immediately provided clear evidence (pictures and videos) of the items. They offered a 5% refund with ridiculous excuses. At the end, after one months of enails, they agreed for a higher refund (still unacceptable). Really the worst!

Macht bitte nicht den gleichen Fehler!

Ich habe ein Sideboard bestellt. Die Lieferung hat etwa 3,5 Monate gedauert. Als das Möbelstück schließlich ankam, entsprach es in mehreren Punkten nicht der Darstellung im Shop.

Das Sideboard wurde auf den Produktbildern in einem grauen Farbton dargestellt, tatsächlich sind die gelieferten Teile jedoch schwarz. Zudem weist nahezu jedes Bauteil Beschädigungen auf.

Besonders problematisch ist aus meiner Sicht die angebotene Lösung: Für eine vollständige Erstattung soll der Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgesendet werden. Angesichts von Größe und Gewicht des Möbelstücks ist das praktisch kaum umsetzbar.

Ich kann daher nur empfehlen, vor einer Bestellung sehr genau zu prüfen, ob man dieses Risiko eingehen möchte.

Très mauvaise expérience

Très mauvaise expérience – fuyez ce site!
J’ai passé une commande le 28novembre d’un montant de 428.75€ qui contient 2 tables de chevets.
La livraison, déjà annoncée comme très longue, était prévue pour le 29 janvier. À cette date, je n’ai rien reçu.

Après mes relances, on m’a demandé de patienter jusqu’au 15 février. À chaque fois, la situation traînait. On me faisait attendre et j’avais l’impression qu’on essayait de me fatiguer pour éviter le remboursement.

Le plus absurde : on m’a confirmé le remboursement le 14 mars et le lendemain, on me demandait si j’avais reçu ma commande, pour repartir à zéro dans les échanges.

Dans le suivi de livraison, il est clairement indiqué que je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, mais malgré cela, ils ne procèdent pas au remboursement.

Aujourd’hui, 15 mars, je n’ai ni reçu ma commande ni récupéré mon argent, malgré mes relances quotidiennes. Je suis désormais obligée d’entamer une procédure pour récupérer mon argent.

Je déconseille fortement ce site pour son manque de sérieux, son service client inefficace et son refus de respecter ses engagements.

Suite à leur réponse à cet avis, j’ai confirmé que je n’avais toujours pas reçu ma commande et qu’ils devaient me rembourser comme ils s’étaient engagés.
Malheureusement, ils n’ont pas respecté leur engagement et le remboursement n’a toujours pas été effectué.

Je déconseille cette entreprise tant qu’elle ne tient pas ses promesses.

Pour répondre à votre retour, Je vous informe que cela fait maintenant 2 mois que je vous contacte quotidiennement afin d’obtenir mon remboursement, sans succès à ce jour.

De plus, le jour où vous m’indiquez que le remboursement allait être effectué, vous revenez finalement sur votre position en affirmant que le colis est indiqué comme livré, ce qui est inexact. Le suivi ne confirme pas une livraison effective.

Cette situation est inacceptable. Je vous demande une nouvelle fois de procéder à mon remboursement dans les plus brefs délais, sans attendre davantage.

Lorsque nous avons initié votre remboursement le 14 mars, nous avons été informés par le transporteur qu’un des deux colis (contenant une table de chevet) aurait été livré et signé dès le mois de février. Cette information, bien que contradictoire avec votre suivi en ligne, nous a obligés à suspendre temporairement la procédure pour vérifier les faits, car nous devons être en mesure de justifier chaque remboursement auprès de nos partenaires logistiques.

Nous ne remettons pas en cause votre parole, et nous souhaitons sincèrement trouver une issue rapide et satisfaisante. Nous sommes actuellement en train de demander une preuve de signature officielle auprès du transporteur afin d’y voir plus clair. En parallèle, pourriez-vous, s’il vous plaît, vérifier auprès de vos proches (voisins, famille, gardien…) si l’un d’eux aurait accepté la livraison en votre absence ? Cela nous aiderait à accélérer les choses.

Si, comme vous le dites, vous n’avez absolument rien reçu, nous nous engageons à procéder au remboursement intégral dans les plus brefs délais, sans nouvelle attente. Nous sommes navrés que cette expérience vous ait poussée à envisager une procédure, et nous espérons encore pouvoir regagner votre confiance en réglant ce litige au plus vite.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is TERRIBLE. They sent a defective wardrobe, missing parts, damaged parts and the parts that did come didn't fit together properly with misaligned shelves and drawers from the holes not being cut properly.
They didn't send a manual until I requested it. It tools over a month to arrive.
When I raised these issues, they asked for photos a video which I sent. Then they asked for the manual to be printed out and circle the problems then they asked for more photos. All because everytime a reply came, no one read the previous correspondence. Their customer service is absolute garbage and force you to become angered when you just want to resolve the issue.
I had to raise this with PayPal who are helping to find resolution thankfully. When I raised the dispute they privately emailed me outside of PayPal to tell me they would refund but the companies funds at their bank are frozen. This company is very shadey. Then the next email privately said their funds are frozen and they won't be trying to get a refund because I had raised a dispute with PayPal, not wanting to send or say this within the PayPal resolution centre like a legitimate company.

Regarding the refund and PayPal dispute: Once a dispute is opened through PayPal, our system automatically freezes the funds related to that transaction. This means we genuinely cannot process a refund directly through our own payment channels while the dispute is active—it's a standard procedure, not an excuse or an attempt to avoid responsibility. We reached out privately because we wanted to offer a faster resolution: if you close the PayPal dispute, we can process your refund immediately through our system, which is often quicker than waiting for PayPal's dispute process to complete. We understand now that our explanation may not have been clear, and we apologize for any confusion this caused.

We have your order number and truly want to make this right. If you're willing to close the PayPal dispute, we will process your refund immediately. Otherwise, we respect your decision to continue through PayPal and will fully cooperate to ensure a fair outcome.

What you SEE is NOT what you get!!!

I was pleased to get timely responses when I asked about the delivery of the Amoire I ordered. It was a month since the order was placed... I berate myself for not checking reviews before placing the order because it arrived in a damaged box. The item seemed to be in good condition but my husband wondered if the entire item was in the box becauseit seemed so compact... Besides not having directions to assemble it we found very flimsy extremely flexible materials almost just a cut above wood used to make paper, that our 8 year old grandkids could break without pressure... It is NOT SOLID, the dimensions ARE NOT CORRECT, HANGERS CANNOT FIT FOR THE DOORS TO CLOSE. MORE THAN $300 WASTED FOR CRAPPY IMITATION WOOD THAT'S NOT EVEN FIT FOR A PIG PEN to be built.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LAKIQ, IT'S MONEY WELL WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!

This company is a complete scam. They advertise quality and beautiful furniture with a price-tag to match, however, what you get is a very cheap knock-off. The materials are NOT as advertised. I ordered a wooden, semi-assembled buffet table with sintered stone top for $1250. What I got was a very cheap reconstituted wood cupboard (in the wrong colour) and the top is very thin/cheap glass. There are NO instructions for assembly. Item states "partially assembled" there is nothing assembled about this! It did not even come in an assembled BOX! It came in scrap pieces of cardboard from an airconditioner unit (face palm emoji here!).

The after sales support is a joke: they offered me 15% off my next item!!! or a cheap nightlight, umbrella or thermos!!
They constantly delay emailed requests for refund, saying due to shopping season they will have a delay 15 - 45 days (how convenient this will time out your ability to request refund through PayPal etc). Once, I requested a refund from PayPal - Lakiq deployed their bullying tactics by saying they know I've filed a dispute, asking me to close the case or they will not issue me a refund and I need to wait 15-45 days for their "Bank's Review". Ridiculous!

I bet this review does not see the light of day on their website. RUN people, RUN and never purchase an item from this SCAM company again. Lakiq - I hope you're shut down soon. You are running a fraudulent, scam operation, stealing from innocent, hard working people.

Cheap product and poor customer service

This company and their products are so cheap and sub standard. I recently bought a locker and received with damages. Unwilling to replace the product or compensate the damages after sending photos. The Customer service sucks and no toll free number to contact. Never answer the questions via email. Never buy any product or recommend to any one either.

Order Number 803464. Please send me a duplicate to open the safe since I accidently locked the safe with key inside and partial refund for the visible damages shown the pictures. Thank you Mele Chacko

Regarding the duplicate key: we sincerely understand how inconvenient it is to be locked out. However, after checking with the manufacturer, we were informed that it is not possible to order a replacement key alone for this model. Unfortunately, without being able to access the inside of the locker, we are also unable to send a replacement lock and key set, as installation would not be possible in the current situation. In this case, we recommend contacting a local locksmith for assistance.

Regarding the partial refund for the visible damages: I can see that our team did previously reach out to you via email with a proposed solution. However, we unfortunately did not receive a response. Could you please check your inbox (including spam/junk folder) and reply to that email? Once we hear back from you, we will be happy to move forward and resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I have been trying to return that took forever to get. They dont honor their return policy. If you can get a response. Worse company ever. Im not even sure there is a person ypu can talk to. I tried to cancel then they waited to long to respond that I couldn't cancel and now I have been trying for 2 weeks to return and by the time I can return it will be past my 30 days to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Customer Service. Products have Wong Installation Instructions

I bought two crystal chandeliers from Lakiq, Order No 802673, as they look beautiful in the pictures and are very reasonably priced.

Placed order and was given a 6 week timeframe for delivery which I accepted as I knew it was coming from abroad.

Waited approximately 8 weeks and they finally arrived. I was so excited to get these and put them up as they will finish off two of my recently renovated rooms.

My excitement however is short lived as the one page instruction inside each box does not relate to the product inside. There are no written instructions just a pictorial view of the chandelier components and a contents list.

On inspecting all the components of each box it is clear that the hanging mechanism for both Chandeliers are different to what is pictured in the instructions. I cannot therefore hang the Chandeliers as I do not know how these components go together to make a hanging mechanism.

I emailed Lakiq Customer Services and provided pictures of the components received and the one page instruction hoping that a resolution could be sought.

I was assured by Lakiq that they would contact the manufacturer for the correct installation instructions.

I waited nearly a week for a reply as it was Chinese New Year and finally got a reply which contained instructions for the same incorrect Chandeliers. By this time I am pulling my hair out with frustration as I have two chandeliers that I have waited over two months for that I cannot install.

I emailed Customer Services again saying that the instructions are the same and cannot be used for these products. They replied with the same response”Follow the instructions provided and contact us if you have any issues”.

I had enough by this point and asked Lakiq for either a return and full refund or a significant discount so I can pay a handy person to figure out how to put them together and install them.

Lakiq came back to me again with the same response to follow the incorrect instructions.

Don’t know what to do now but thought I had better add my experience to these reviews so other potential customers are not left with products they cannot assemble and hang.

Update 5th March:- received an email from Lakiq saying they would ask manufacturer for correct instructions. After a few days waiting I got them. It stated that they had indeed changed the mounting mechanism and enclosed two photos of the ceiling mechanism pre-assembled and a one line instruction saying “installation complete”. Still none the wiser.

I have now paid a handyman to fit these. It took him a couple of hours and he said the instructions were useless and most people would struggle to work out how to put it together.

I would not purchase from Lakiq again. I understand that mistakes happen however they seem to be unaware of what they are selling and their Customer Service responses are shocking.

Asked for some compensation for all the trouble and my out of pocket expenses. Received a response asking me to put both Chandeliers side by side and take a video of the issue! Seems after all my emails back and forth they still don’t understand what is wrong. I obviously can’t do this now as I have paid to have them installed. Shame on you Lakiq
