Non receipt of gift voucher
I purchased from BHS in September 2025 and was supposed to receive a £20 gift voucher once the qualifying period of 45 working days had passed. I emailed them end of November to ask why I hadn’t received the voucher but haven’t received a reply or even an acknowledgement. I emailed them again recently but have still not received a reply or received the voucher. Customer service is abysmal and I certainly won’t be lured into gift vouchers from them in future. I would’ve given them a 0 score if that had been an option.
