The majority of allocations are automated and generated by an algorithm based on factors such as reliability, location, vehicle type, performance and, importantly, trackability — not favouritism.

We recognise that long hours or dead mileage can be frustrating, and we continually review and refine our systems to ensure work is distributed as fairly and efficiently as possible.
