Less payments

Too few jobs for low money. They keep 40% from the customer's payment and if you just joined on the platform in the next few months it's almost impossible to get work! They always prioritise the old drivers on the platform! Just waste of time and money!

App is very easy to use. Gives up to date information on your bids. Phone call when you win a bid is detailed. Just started my courier journey and am very impressed.

Averages to £8-10ph after you factor in fuel expense.
The most important thing to know is the price that they charge the customers averages out to £20 per hour. The part that no one tells you is that the company takes 40% of that immediately. Then you have to factor in how long it takes to get to the job to pick it up which could be any random time of the day and you’re blocked for that specific job for the entire day.
So a job from Ipswich to Peterborough they charge the customer £140 but they’ll give that job to you for about £80. Regardless where you are up and down the country and what are you doing long distance or not? The rates average out the same to about £10 an hour after fuel expense.
No, if you factor in taxes then you’re heading towards £7 an hour.
The soul and only reason to consider working with these guys a little bit of top-up at the end of each day on your income which is paid 5 weeks later on average.

It's a pleasant experience, but I expected more orders. And regarding the payment, I think 60% is a bit low. And at the end of the day you notice that you're left with almost nothing.

hello, today about 2 hours ago I applied for a job in Newcastle upon Tyne, I waited for confirmation, I thought they would give it to me. It's 30 minutes away. But after 2 hours of waiting, the job disappeared, that is, someone took it after 2 hours and I was 30 minutes away. This is an explanation that you don't have priority even if you are the closest to the job, not like Mr. "ANDY" says. And one thing to tell you is that yes, my car broke down 2 weeks ago when they were trying to give me 2 or 3 jobs, but I didn't take them because I didn't have anything. And in the end today they still tried to give me a job 70 miles away from me with a shitty price, excuse the expression, but they didn't give me the 28-mile one, this is what happens at this company, so guys, draw your own conclusion whether it suits you or not. I joined Courier Expert after losing 2.500£ on other platforms who say many things but do almost nothing. From the first day I could feel this one is serious. The jobs are real, the payments arrive as they say, and honestly it is a big change to be treated with respect as a driver.
