BEWARE OF FRAUD

This company is the worst I have EVER dealt with. I've already read hundreds or reviews that are pretty much the same and I'm shocked Lakiq is not being investigated for fraud. What they do is advertise "beautiful" furniture that takes at least a month to arrive, make you pay huge money for shipping and then screw you over. After paying over 600$ for a huge desk I ordered for my husband, I received a damaged piece of garbage. The desk arrived in a destroyed box, with dents, chipping all over the wood, scratches and even an embedded screw in the wood top. That same day I provided them with evidence (pictures and vidoes) per their policy and they started back and forth game to delay a refund which I still didn't get. The company is a joke, they play you for as long as they can proposing refunds of 5 or 10 percent of what you paid or demand that the product be sent back for a full refund. That would be ok if not for the fact that you'd have to ship the item to CHINA and PAY for the shipping costs. They know that you won't and then you're stuck with garbage and at loss of your money. How is it fair to me, when I'm the one that's been sent a damaged item that I paid hundreds of dollars for and I'm supposed to now pay more money to send it back to them when it's not my fault it came damaged ? I already filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and BBB scam report, and I'm also contacting the Chinese Consumer Agency. I'm also writing to the heads of PayPal and providing them with thorough documentation and pictures, reviews from other people who are going through the same situation. I won't stop until they investigate these SCAMMERS. I advise you to do the same. They know their game and they use that towards their advantage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I could attach pictures here of what I was sent.
