Dont expect customer service
My request for a return was a couple of weeks outside their policy as I split with my mrs and my head wasn't in a good space but they didn't want to help ... They offered a voucher (no use to me) but were more interested in their policies than customer service - Really poor, would never buy from them again.

Your request for a return was made outside of our 30-day returns policy, which applies consistently to all purchases. While we were unable to offer a refund on this occasion, we did offer an exchange for a gift card as a gesture of goodwill, so that you were not left with nothing.
We appreciate that this solution wasn’t right for you, but we hope this helps to clarify that we did try to support you within the boundaries of our policy. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
