Absolutely disgusting service, I have phone 3 times to attempt to retrieve my late fathers insurance policies on the first occasion I gave all the details waited 10 days phoned back as I wanted an update nothing had been done.
On the second occasion the call handler was helpful and polite.
On the third occasion the call handler was belligerent to say the least.
However I expected nothing less , when my mum dies they lost all her paperwork for around 2 weeks and couldn't explain where it was.
Would never purchase a funeral plan from this unprofessional company
