Absolutely disgusting service, I have phone 3 times to attempt to retrieve my late fathers insurance policies on the first occasion I gave all the details waited 10 days phoned back as I wanted an update nothing had been done.
On the second occasion the call handler was helpful and polite.
On the third occasion the call handler was belligerent to say the least.
However I expected nothing less , when my mum dies they lost all her paperwork for around 2 weeks and couldn't explain where it was.
Would never purchase a funeral plan from this unprofessional company

I purchased some infinity bracelets for my self and my daughter and a charm for my daughter also.
As with every other item I have received from clogau the quality is exceptionally the items are beautifully crafted and they are cherished items for our jewellery collections, 3 generations of who love to give and receive clogau as gifts.
This year we ordered on line the items were all sent together and full tracking of the parcel was available . Happy with the ease of ordering from the website, the handling and delivery of my items as as always the items are stunning.

I am unsure how the flowers looked when they arrived as I have not seen them or heard what my mum thought as she is in a nursing home and unable to have any contact with her at the moment(staff to busy managing everything else to bother them to describe a bunch of flowers) . However the ease of use,cost of product (if bouquet was as lovely described ) and communication,tracking of deliver was great. I am sure they cheered my mum up after months of no visits from her family. I was glad I was able to let my mum know we thinking of her.

Parcel arrived promptly in very good condition. Driver was polite and helpful. Would recommend
