Extremely Delayed Shipping, Misleading Returns Policy, and Terrible Quality
Completely untrustworthy experience from start to finish. I placed an order with shopfad.com and immediately ran into red flags. Their representatives do not speak English well, which made communication confusing and frustrating. They also refused to let me cancel my order, even though I requested it well before anything shipped.
Shipping took between 60–90 days; in my case, I received the items just over 60 days after ordering. The quality of the products was absolutely atrocious and nowhere near what was advertised. There is no customer service phone number, so you are forced to deal with everything through a so‑called “live” chat, which is slow, unhelpful, and often evasive.
They do not honor their advertised “30-day returns” policy. I was told that the 30 days started from the date of order placement, not the delivery date, which meant my “return window” had already expired a month before I even received the items. This is completely unacceptable and feels deceptive.
Based on my experience, I will not do business with shopfad.com again. I strongly recommend that others stay away.
