I have put an order on 2nd of March. Today is 17th, and my order still hasn't been sent. I tried to contact them but all I am getting is an AI chat that keeps telling me it raised a ticket in my name and how someone will contact me in 48 hours. That was last week. You cannot get to a real person. I doubt I will ever get what I ordered.
