Products and Services are ok but not good enough

I have been a customer of AXA Health Insurance for 5 years with NO any claim. The premiums of AXA health insurances may be relatively lower than other insurance companies, but the flexibility of coverages is lesser, and the options of their recognised hospitals are so limited, only one private recognised hospital in a big city - Birmingham.
Their customer services are ok but not good enough. And they always require customers to talk with them over the phone regarding any enquiries or changes about policy issues and/or claim issues, but their phone lines are often busy. They don't provide text messages or online chats, this makes the hearing impaired people embarrassed and difficult to have smooth communication with them.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way.

AXA Health has a relationship with Convo, if a member uses British Sign Language to communicate they can sign up and use this service to communicate with us at any point of their journey.
Members also have the option of using the RelayUK service which is a text-talk service that can be accessed via a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
