Once diagnosed the next step is all done by email. They made a mistake letting by emailing that i was on the right to choose pathway, so I thought they had transferred me over but no, they had made a mistake and took weeks to inform me of this. Then they want your money then you hear nothing then they asked for bp levels and more money for an ECG. Because everything is done by email there are delays between every email. Once I said go ahead with ecg thre were more delays then more questions. In the end I gave up, I felt as if I was not give any service, extremely impersonal. Depressing that the NHS is paying this company for right to choose for some patients to get this awful experience.
