Do not buy insurance through this clueless company

Do not buy insurance through this company!!!!
We had an accident in our motor home back in January. We were told it was a right off and thought this would be settled quickly so we could get a similar one before the prices shoot up Eastertime. Well my son has broken up and now we can’t go anywhere. It say’s clearly settlements 3-5 days it’s now been 2 months and between them and co part No one and I mean No one has a clue when it’s going to be settled. Bloody awful!!!!!!
