Do not buy insurance through this clueless company

Do not buy insurance through this company!!!!
We had an accident in our motor home back in January. We were told it was a right off and thought this would be settled quickly so we could get a similar one before the prices shoot up Eastertime. Well my son has broken up and now we can’t go anywhere. It say’s clearly settlements 3-5 days it’s now been 2 months and between them and co part No one and I mean No one has a clue when it’s going to be settled. Bloody awful!!!!!!

Dreadful communication

Dreadful communication. First car was sent back as it obviously had not been checked. The passenger door had a poor spray job with overspray on the black trim.large hole in drivers carpet. Three of the four wheels corroded. I sent it back. Now the replacement not a clue on arrival told today but no confirmation. I've waited weeks for a car now. I'm not happy and just want my full money refunded

The worst service i have ever had was…

The worst service i have ever had was through this company. I had to chase my car down as i thought it had been stolen. I paid for the service and the garage said i had not. To top it all i had to drive back to the garage that was in a different town to get my service book stamped. When i looked at the stamp it was all smudged no date or milage or signed. I had it serviced through my local garage and they say they do not think the oil was changed. Please stick to your local garage.

Just disgraceful!!!!
After providing all the relevant information they requested and the promise of a payout 10 days ago still no money!!!!!! We have been waiting in total 3 months now. Do not use this abomination of a holiday insurance.

Very very disappointed

Very very disappointed. It took them four months to pick the car up. They had it over three weeks then brought car back. On closer look you could see runs in the paint on the doors and a large run of paint on the rear wing. They collected again and had it just a week or so and brought it back. There is still a large run on the rear wing. There is obviously no quality control here. Plus when car came back on the first time the engine management light was on and it is still on. Now this was not on when they had it first!!! It has a foot long run on the rear arch above the bumper.

I went to purchase a bath panel and as I was looking through them an old bald man came up to me in an aggressive manner and said we're the ones I was looking at opened,I said yes and walked away.
Today I went in to buy a light fitting. At the till the price came up wrong and the woman at the checkout made me feel quite awkward. Not going there again

This is not a good place to go

This is not a good place to go. My car went in for service and mot. As my car was collected i noticed its near side brake light not working. I straight away contacted service stop to ask the garage to replace it. Service stop confirmed they had messaged the garage. Well i waited and waited for my car to be returned to me and i waited past the latest time which was 6pm. I tried to contact service stop but this was a waste of time no answer!! I was going to report it stolen!! I managed to find the garage number and by chance a mechanic was still there at 8.30pm . He said they would not deliver as i had not paid. I then sent a pic of my receipt. I had to demand my car back. I now question if any of the work was done as i asked my wife to check the break light and low and behold it was still out. How the hell can it pass an mot without brake lights!! I have nothing to say or a stamp for my service book. This is just untrust worthy please do not use this service.

If they had a negative star this bunch of cowboys would get. Wasted two days of my life waiting for my confirmed package on both days not come.

I sent my beloved jacket off to be rewaxed. Two moans,it took two months to do and the other the Union jack was filthy and the Barbour emblem. On the other hand i managed to get them clean and it looks as good as new now.

This is the worst site to try and get refunds for returns. I ordered three shirts and came in different sizes!!! I ordered one size. It was going to cost me more in postage back than the shirts.

We bought a faulty vax through Klarna. Not only did it destroy our carpet we had to purchase a new carpet. Trying to get a refund or any type of compensation is just impossible. Please keep clear of this company.

Hi there,

The way our refunds system works is that the merchant first updates the invoice on their side which then gets automatically updated in our system where an automated refund process takes place and the funds are returned to your bank account.

As Klarna is only the payment provider, we advise all queries in relation to orders/delivery or returns/cancellations to be directed to the store where the order was placed.

Kindly note, we are unable to alter statements on the customer's behalf and it is the responsibility of the store to register any changes made, which then will be reflected in our system.

If you have not yet received a refund it is because the merchant themselves have not yet processed it, so we kindly advise you to reach out to them regarding this also.

You can dispute the order on your Klarna app under "report a problem" this will pause your payments until the merchant amends your invoice accordingly.

Please know that if we don't receive a refund from the merchant, we will contact you by email to provide more information on your issue. We then start an investigation; if you do not provide further information, we automatically resolve the dispute.

After the investigation is complete, our disputes team will contact you to inform you of the outcome of the investigation by email.

For the above reasons, checking and replying to your emails when a dispute is open is essential.

I am so sorry to read that you feel you have received such appalling service. However After looking into to you order & speaking to my colleague who I believe you spoke to you on Sunday, the upmost has been done to try & assist you. I do agree that your parcel being delivered by our chosen courier company to another address is extremely annoying, but my colleague has been working with them in trying to retrieve your parcel to get it redirected to you & an investigation has been opened. As soon as we have any further information we will of course been in touch straight away.
