Excellent all round, needed some end of line items, hard to find elsewhere

Ordered two 'hard to find' RJ45 adapters, but instead 2 HDMI leads arrived the next day. However, a message to customer services was quickly dealt with and the correct items were sent that day, and was told no need to return the incorrect items, or pay for them.
