Tracking was great. My delivery guy was so nice. First time having something delivered by this company. One of the best I have had.

My delivery guy carried a very heavy parcel to me and I live around 40 steps. Even pushed it into my house.

Company arrived on a Sunday which meant I did not have to take time off work.
the two guys that delivered were very nice but they made the job a little difficult. I was expecting them to come the front way which although a few steps, they came the back way which meant getting it round between two gates which proved very awkward when carrying a near 70kg radiator.
However very pleased and a good delivery company.

Very pleased with ordering. The fact it came on a Sunday was great as did not have to book time of work. Vey pleased with the radiator and although the delivery guys had a little moan about the weight of it and where they had to bring it. I am verry happy. Even my plumber said it was a great radiator.

I have a very nice delivery driver. Always friendly and on time and today he lifted a heavy parcel into my house .

Very pleased. Normally with heavy deliveries I get moaned at for living down a lot of steps off the main road.

I think Yodel are getting much better at least where I live. My parcels always find there way to my house despite other companies have trouble finding it.

I ordered a toilet in June but my fitter could not fit it until today. When upacking, he noticed a hair line crak on the cistern that shattered when he moved it. I got in touch with Victoria Plum, and I spoke to Lauren who is organising me a replacement cistern to be delivered this Friday.

I had the best vet I had ever been to. My poor Xena has mast cell cancer and one lump literally exploded. This was very late on a Thursday night at the Gillingham branch. My girl was seen to and since then has been better than ever despite my own vet asking me if I wanted to put her down earlier in the week.
I only wish this vet I saw had a normal practice because I would be there in a shot.

I have made orders with spexforless for the past 3 years. I found the whole experience so excellent, I encouraged my family to order through them also.
Nothing is ever a problem with these people. If you have to return anything, even if it is because you think the glasses do not suit you, this company gives a fast exchange or refund without numerous forms to fill out or a tonnes of questions asked.
I will never buy optical wear from anywhere else, this company I cannot rate high enough.
